Mountain Wubz 2026 runs Friday August 28 through Sunday August 30, 2026 with an early arrival option for Thursday August 27 at Nightfall Ridge — 580 Reynolds Road, Union, WV 24983.
All attendees must be 18 years of age or older. Valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in. There are no exceptions — minors are not permitted on the festival grounds at any time, even when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Mountain Wubz is BYOB. You may bring your own alcohol for personal consumption in cans or other non-glass containers. Glass containers are not permitted anywhere on festival grounds for safety reasons. Any high proof liquor, 75% alcohol content or higher is not permitted. At our discretion, excessive amounts of alcohol will not be permitted. There is no bar service or alcohol sales on site.
We offer GA Tent Camping and GA Car Camping. Each Car Camping ticket includes a 20'x20' space. Companion passes are available for additional people sharing a Car Camping space (max 3 companions per Car Camping ticket).
Yes, if you're driving in. GA Tent Camping and Day Pass holders need a separate Parking Pass per vehicle. GA Car Camping includes parking in your camping space — no separate pass needed. Car Camp Companion ticket holders arriving with their host don't need a separate parking pass; if you drive separately, you do.
Early Arrival is a Thursday August 27 add-on, available alongside any festival admission ticket. It includes early site entry from 10am and access to the Thursday Pre-Party.

Bad vibes and unkind behavior

Glass bottles (transfer to plastic before arriving if needed)

High proof liquor (nothing 75% alcohol content or above)
Pets (sorry, no animals allowed)(registered service animals permitted, leashed at all times).
Firewood (August is usually very dry, for the safety of our trees and attendees no open flames allowed)
Fire toys (no fire spinning/performance — LED alternatives welcome)
Professional sound equipment or renegade stages
Bluetooth speakers with subs bigger than 8”
Drones

RVs, campers or pop-ups
Charcoal grills or wood /pellet smokers (small propane grills are permitted)

No outside vendors or unauthorized merchandise sales. Mountain Wubz reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee at our discretion. See our Terms & Conditions for the full list.
All ticket sales are final. No refunds. No transfers. Mountain Wubz is rain or shine. In the event of a Force Majeure cancellation (severe weather, government shutdown, etc.), partial or full refunds are at the Company's sole discretion — see our Terms & Conditions Article 1 for details.
After purchase, you'll receive a confirmation email from tickets@mountainwubz.com with your QR code ticket(s) and a unique MW-XXXX code per ticket. Show the QR at the gate for entry. If your phone dies, gate staff can also look you up by name + MW code.
